The Executive Board proposes to distribute a dividend of € 0.16 per ordinary share, payable either in cash or in shares. Based on 77,702,427 shares this amounts to a total dividend distribution of € 12,432. The difference between the net income of € 15,293 and the proposed dividend distribution, being € 2,861, will be credited to the Other reserves.
